All prices are listed in Naira (₦) and are subject to change. Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full. We accept various payment methods, including debit/credit cards and bank transfers.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide across Nigeria. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier services. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of some of our pieces, we do not offer refunds. However, exchanges may be accepted within 3 days of receiving your item, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Sale items and custom orders are final sale.
4. Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, due to the handmade and unique nature of African fabrics, slight variations in color or texture may occur.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, text, and designs—belongs to IvybyIvie. Use or reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
IvybyIvie is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products. We are also not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
